Delivery
Please ensure that nobody has access to your

Payments
D2XTRA ONLY accepts payment via Paypal, echeck payment will need
to clear (3-7 days) before we process the order. Once you have paid,
there are no exchanges. All sales are final, please make sure you

Leveling
D2XTRA cannot be held responsible for items lost during and after
character leveling, we will not login to other characters in the
same account other than the leveling character. Customers are advised to create new account for
custom character leveling. We may temporary change the account
password if customer consistently login to the leveling account
and interrupted the leveling service.
D2XTRA will not be held responsible for your character after we
have leveled it and handed over to you.
Privacy
D2XTRA contains links to other sites, D2XTRA is not responsible
for their term of use and privacy policy. D2XTRA will not sell
your emails, personal information to any third parties, it will be
kept secretly with us. Under the following circumstances below,
D2XTRA have your permission to share information:
1. In responding to all legal process or to against legal claims.
2. In order to investigate regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the
safety of any person, violations of D2XTRA's terms of use, or as
otherwise required by law.
Fraud
Paypal Fraud - We here at D2XTRA take any fraud very seriously.
We will fully cooperate with Paypal, as well as local, state, ISP and federal law enforcement officials to apprehend the groups or individuals behind
any fraud cases.
D2XTRA will track and pursue the culprits with the help from the
local authorities and available information we have. D2XTRA is committed to the prevention and prosecution any kind of fraud
to the fullest extent of law. All
sales will be recorded and will be use as a proof to provide
Paypal, local law enforcement in case of any fraud. D2XTRA will
fight fraud case to the extent.

connection with the Site. This indemnity shall be applicable
without regard to the negligence of any party, including any
indemnified person.
