(1) Please check your email junk/spam folder for our delivery
email, most of the case is our delivery email landed in there.
Some web based emails have sensitive spam email blocking. (2) Some
customers have typo error on their email address during checkout
and we are unable to send the delivery email, in this case please
contact us with the receipt numbers and the alternative email. |

I have no friend to help me transfer items what should I do? |
|

If you do not have a friend that you can rely on, you can:
1. Create a private game and stay in that game for 10 minutes.
The game will then be permanent for about 5 minutes (do not throw
any items on floor yet).
2. Leave the game, wait for a few seconds and join back the
private game you have created.
3. Throw what you need to transfer on the ground and quickly
switch between character to transfer your items. Items will auto
disappeared from the ground after certain timing, so don't leave
them on the ground too long. (Please note that there is risk
using this method as game/server may crashed and items may
lost).
If you feel the above method is unsafe, you may send us an email
to request for help in transferring after you have received our
delivery email, please state the time and game name. |

What is Ladder Reset and what will happen to my Ladder characters and items
after the reset? |

Blizzard (company that created Diablo 2) will reset Ladder realms
every 1 or 2 years, the timing for resetting ladder is depending
on the company decision and it is not make known and uncertain
but they will announce the reset 2-3 weeks before hand. When the Ladder realms reset happens, all your Ladder characters
and items will automatically goes to Non-Ladder realms. Not to
worry they will not be deleted, just switched to a different
realms.
Ladder reset will encourage more players to play and start over
a new "Fresh" environment, because everyone will be like you
starting from level 1 and with zero item rushing to be on the
top of the ladder. |
